WARRANTY
At Dimple Pickleball, we’re committed to crafting paddles you can trust—because our reputation is in your hands. We offer a 6 month warranty for the original owner that covers any major manufacturing defects. This warranty is valid for one year from the purchase date and applies only to brand-new paddles bought directly from Dimple Pickleball or one of our authorized retailers.
Please note: demo paddles and pre-owned paddles are not covered under this warranty. We also can’t cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or accidental damage.
To file a claim, please share as much detail about your purchase as possible—your name, email, and order number—along with clear photos or videos of the paddle. Email everything to support@dimplepickleball.com, and our team will be happy to help.
All warranty claims will be reviewed at the sole discretion of Dimple Pickleball.
EXCHANGES
We want you to love your Dimple Pickleball gear. If you purchased a product that’s unopened, unused, and still in its original packaging, you can exchange it within 30 days of the purchase date.
QUALIFICATIONS
The item must be in brand-new condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Exchanges apply only to items purchased directly from Dimple Pickleball or an authorized retailer.

- We cannot accept exchanges for used or opened items.
To start an exchange, email support@dimplepickleball.com with your order number, item details, and reason for the exchange. Our team will guide you through the process.
RETURNS
We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
Original Condition: The item must be returned in its original, unused condition, free from wear, damage, or alterations. All original tags must remain attached.
Proof of Purchase:Please provide your receipt, order confirmation email, or any other proof of purchase when returning an item.
Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the return has been received and inspected.
EXCLUSIONS
Certain items, such as final sale products or customized goods, are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
HOW TO RETURN
For online purchases, initiate the return process by contacting our customer service team for a prepaid shipping label (if applicable). Please note that return shipping fees may apply unless the return is due to an error on our part.
PROCESSING TIME
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection and processing of your refund.
